Service is Our Core Philosophy

CVInfosys considers its clients to be its most important asset and resource. We seek to forge collaborative, WIN-WIN partnerships with our clients, to empower them, to serve their needs, and supplement their various levels of risk adjustment expertise. We offer a combination of education, service, and expertise. To that end, we have designed a flexible, customizable approach to managing all client relationships.

After the contract is accepted, and the New Account Activation and Implimentation is complete, your company, with the guidance of our Director of Customer Care and the VP of Business Development, will have access to:

  • Welcome Orientation Webinars (WOWs) to introduce all participating client staff to our CVInfosys Implementation team and services.
  • Standardization of Data Formats managed by Director of IT for ongoing data quality and efficiency.
  • Ongoing Project and Service Reporting determined by client, CVInfosys Director of Customer Care and Product and Services Manager, and implemented on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
  • Continual Client Training and Technical Support providing client scheduled training for one-on-one or group, via webinar or occasionally on-site. Click for training schedule or technical support.
